Google Ads Management — Search, Shopping & Performance Max
Google Ads management: search, shopping and Performance Max campaigns built on real purchase intent and correct conversion tracking.
You spend on Google every month and cannot say which keyword produced an actual customer and which one drained the budget. The report says clicks; the bank account says otherwise.
How this capability creates value
I start with one question: what is a customer worth to you? Without that number every optimisation is a guess. Then I review account structure, negative keywords and tracking quality before increasing spend. Purchase intent is expressed differently across markets and audiences — and that is what separates a campaign that sells from a campaign that spends.
An account where you know your cost per qualified customer, which campaigns deserve more budget, and a monthly report an owner can read — not just a marketer.
When is this a strong fit?
- Online stores on Salla, Zid or Shopify ready to scale
- Service businesses (real estate, recruitment, contracting, clinics) that run on calls and forms
- Existing accounts spending monthly with no line between spend and revenue
Deliverables defined by scope
Full audit of the current account with priorities ranked by impact
Rebuilt campaign, ad group and negative keyword structure
Conversions tied to real value (sales or qualified leads), not clicks
Landing pages, or specific fixes for the existing one
Weekly optimisation and a monthly report in business language
Execution and review path
Lock the unit economics: customer value, margin, maximum acceptable cost
Fix measurement, then rebuild campaigns around clear purchase intent
Test, kill the losers, scale the winners — on data, not instinct
When this is not for you
Better you know now than after two months and two invoices.
- Anyone expecting results within a week — search needs 4–6 weeks for reliable data
- Ad budgets below ~800 USD / 3,000 SAR per month
- Businesses that cannot share sales data — profitability cannot be measured without it
Questions about this service
What ad budget do I need to start on Google?
We agree a test budget based on the market, sector and acquisition costs, then review the data before increasing spend. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from the management fee.
Do you work in my account or your own?
Always yours. The account, data and conversion history belong to you, and stay with you if we stop working together. I do not use agency accounts that hold your data hostage.
When do I see results?
Early quality signals appear within two weeks. Reliable scaling decisions need 4–6 weeks of data. Anyone promising stable results in a week does not understand how the auction learns.
