ElBaraa Mahmoud — Growth & Performance Marketing Consultant

I do not sell you a campaign.I help you make a clearer growth decision.

I work with companies and online stores across different markets on four connected things: paid media, SEO, the site or store itself, and the conversion tracking that ties them together and makes the result accountable.

I am ElBaraa Mahmoud, a growth & performance marketing consultant based in Nablus, Palestine. I work remotely in Arabic and English with businesses and online stores, from defining scope to implementation and measurement in the client's own accounts.

What I believe

“Growth is not more activity. It is knowing which decision deserves action now, then building the system that makes its outcome repeatable.”

My professional story

From “what should we execute?” to “why is this the right decision?”

My work started with marketing and performance, but experience made one thing clear: a campaign cannot repair a weak offer, untangle a confused sales process, or give a team clear priorities.

So my scope expanded to the whole picture: market, offer, customer journey, channels, data, and internal execution. My aim is not to add tasks—it is to remove the fog between the problem and the decision.

01

Understand the context

Read the market, offer, customer, and real constraint before prescribing a solution.

02

Connect the system

Bring marketing, sales, operations, and data into one decision path.

03

Turn it into execution

Define priorities, deliverables, and review signals so strategy does not stay on paper.

How I create value

Three lenses I bring to every engagement.

01

Market · Offer · Positioning

Commercial lens

Does the customer understand the value, and does the offer fit the market and buying moment?

02

Acquisition · Conversion · Retention

Growth lens

Where is opportunity leaking, and which lever can create the greatest impact now?

03

Process · Tools · Ownership

Operating lens

Can the team execute the decision with speed and quality, then repeat it?

Non-negotiable principles

Clarity before speed. Evidence before instinct.

01

I do not start with the tool; I start with the commercial problem.

02

I do not force a generic template onto a business with its own context.

03

I do not promise an outcome that cannot be defined and reviewed.

04

I involve the team in the decision so the value remains after the engagement.

Are we a good fit?

If the challenge feels complex, let us start by making it clear.

Share where the business stands and the outcome you are trying to reach. I will come back with a clear next step.
